Material Cutting & Profiling
Our cutting room is situated in our modern Silverstone site on the Silverstone Technology Park opposite the main entrance to the circuit. It houses a state-of-the-art 5M Assyst Bullmer rolling flatbed cutting machine and ply nomenclature printing option. Most materials can be processed on this machine with either drag knife, oscillating blade or kiss cut machine heads ensuring versatility and the correct quality of cut whatever the material.
Our CAD operators can assist with ply modifications or template digitisation and nest efficiencies. Please don’t hesitate to contact a member of our production team for a quotation.

General Kitting
