Dear Sir/ Madam We are pleased to respond to your request regarding Ami-Con Supplies LTD’s compliance with the European Regulations “REACH “(Registration Evaluation & Authorisation of Chemicals). As this new regulation will impact the entire supply chain, appropriate cooperation & communication will be established where necessary. Ami-Con Supplies Ltd as a distributer will ensure our suppliers pre –register all required substances that we purchase from them. Currently, we do not have any more detailed information. Currently, the pre-registration phase is in progress. Therefore at this stage no substances have completed registration. We have a complete record of products you purchase from Ami-Con when we receive notification of the status under REACH legislation of any product we supply to you, we will inform you. If manufacturers notify us they are to discontinue any of their products, we will inform you. I am the designated person at our company. I will act as point of contact for the purposes of REACH.
